Contact Liverpool Bingo Hub
Wagering multiples of forty times the bonus are a common ask in this market, and if a page here has misstated one, we want to hear about it.
Liverpool Bingo Hub is an editorial project. We model bonus terms, explain how bingo and casino offers of this kind work, and keep the numbers on our pages traceable to operator-published terms. We do not play, we do not hold accounts, and we do not run a call centre. What we do run is a single editorial desk, and this page explains how to reach it, what to include in your message, and what you can expect back.
How to reach the editorial desk
The desk is reachable by email at editor@liverpoolbingohub.uk. That mailbox is monitored during ordinary British working hours, Monday to Friday. It is the one route into the site; there is no phone line, no live chat and no social media inbox that we answer. If you write to us, use a subject line that says what you are writing about, for example “correction: wagering figure” or “question about a term on a page”. A clear subject line helps us route your message to the right person on the first pass.
We read everything, including messages that simply disagree with a page. You do not need to be an industry professional to write. If a sentence on the site reads badly, or a table contradicts the paragraph above it, that is worth a note and it takes us little time to check.
What to include in a corrections request
A useful correction message contains four things. First, the page, named by its address or its title. Second, the exact sentence or table row you believe is wrong. Third, what you believe the correct figure or wording is. Fourth, where that correct figure comes from: a link to operator-published terms, a regulator page, or a charity resource. Our house rule is that every number on the site is either a category-typical stated assumption or traceable to operator terms, the Gambling Commission register, or published guidance, so a source is what turns an opinion into a fix.
If your message concerns a licence claim, the register of licence holders published by the Gambling Commission is the deciding record. If it concerns self-exclusion, we follow the GamStop scheme documents. If it concerns a payment or tax point, we cite government pages. Corrections that include these sources are usually settled in one reply; corrections without them take longer because we have to do the digging ourselves.
We also accept reports of a page being out of date, for example where an operator has withdrawn an offer or changed a maximum conversion cap. In those cases the source is the operator’s own current terms, and we will restate the figure as a category-typical range until the terms are stable again.
What to expect back, and our publishing standards
We acknowledge substantive messages within three working days and aim to publish a correction, where one is warranted, within ten working days of the original note. When we correct a page, we change the figure and adjust the surrounding wording so the page still reads whole; we do not run a changelog column on each page. Where a reader asks how a number was derived, we will explain the assumption behind it, for example that we take forty times the bonus because that is the level this part of the market tends to print.
We cannot advise on individual disputes with operators. If you have a complaint about a licensed operator, the route is to complain to the operator first, then escalate to an approved alternative dispute resolution body within eight weeks; that route exists only for licensed operators. If your concern is about gambling harm rather than a page error, the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133, run by GamCare, is the right place to start, and BeGambleAware signposts further support.
Messages about advertising or commercial matters go to the same desk in the first instance. Please note that no payment changes an editorial verdict on this site; our pages state assumptions openly and we do not accept copy from operators.

Figures are category-typical ranges compiled from operator-published terms at the time of writing, not quotes of any single promotion. UKGC rows are the British baseline shown for comparison and are not claimable at the offshore-facing offers.
